At Sullivan Super Service, you'll take pride in knowing you're hiring a family-owned company that employs three generations of Sullivans and has been working in the Pittsburgh area since 1964. Bill and Anna Sullivan started their business out of their home with just one truck. As their family grew, so did their business and they opened a shop in Braddock and hired more technicians.
My family prides itself in creating an organization in which responsibility and rewards are shared across the company. We started small and we understand the hard work it takes to do every job at the company. We strive to do the little things well and do so consistently. My favorite part of growing my Dad's business is being the hero for our communities.
The Sullivan family understands that supporting local community organizations directly enriches our neighborhoods. For twenty years, our Sully Cares program has hosted an annual food drive to benefit the Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank. In 2019, our program expanded to include making a $1,000 donation each month to a local non-profit organization.
Twenty years ago, we launched our first food drive because we wanted to do more for our neighbors. Every year, we begin our food drive during September in honor of Hunger Action Month. Sullivan Super Service joins the Feeding America nationwide network of food banks to urge individuals to take action in their communities during this month.

John Bridge AKA Bridge. Is most definitely an asset to this company. If ever in need of service, my choice is Bridge. I felt comfortable knowing that he has my best interest at heart. He was very prompt on time, kind, courteous, professional, mindful of covid precautions. Prior to entering into my home Bridge began applying his shoe covering and mask without me asking. My main water shut off valve was leaking. John explained step by step the process that would have to take place in order to have the valve replaced. This included calling the water company to have the water shut off before the work could even begin. The quoted price for repair was reasonable, the member discount made it even more affordable. I was satisfied with the outcome of the initial visit, now I have to contact the water company to coordinate the repair. Second review will follow.

Avoid this company at all costs!!! Very unprofessional. We had an appointment for 11/1/21 for first thing in the morning. My wife called off work for this and had to end up calling them because they never called to confirm or anything. They told her we’re short staffed so we’d need to reschedule. No thanks, we’ll go elsewhere and I’ll slam you guys every chance I get.

We have been having plumbing issues, with money pretty tight we were looking for anyone. Sullivan for only 64$ (a weekday price) 2 guys came out, one for snaking the drain and the other for putting a camera in there. Both guys were super knowledgable and gave us the rundown of our issues. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone!

Took a chance on this company based on Angies list. A guy came , very nice but also very slick. He not only told me that he cannot do my job because it would take too much time (Install a faucet) but he also said it would cost me $600 to install it. A classic example of bait and switch. Avoid, avoid .. and don't believe all Angies list reviews..

The plumber Brandon arrived promptly and the repair was done quickly. Brandon was very courteous and explained everything l, so I knew the price and what to expect before he began. I called Tuesday afternoon and had my problem fixed by Wednesday morning. The price was also reasonable. We're glad to have our sink working again and we will use Sullivan's services in the future

Prompt and knowledgeable. I thought my mini splits needed charged, but they didn't. Bob was able to show this to me by attaching a gage to the system. It's actually working just fine now after I shut the whole system down for a day and restarted it. I'm now thinking it is probably a matter of reprogramming the app on my phone as it is working against the hand remotes.

We found Sullivan Service on Angies List.
Wife and I just bought a house here in Pittsburgh that needed a lot of work.
We called Sullivan to give us an estimate on replacing the main stack in the house as it was leaking.
Some one came over the next day to give us an estimate and give us our options.
The estimate seemed fair and told them to go ahead.
Brandon and his crew came over and tore up the basement were the stack is and replaced it from the sewer line all the way to the first floor.
Then I decided to also have all the water lines in the entire basement replaced as most of the valves were

I called on a Friday to see if someone could come to my house for an estimate on a new A/C unit. The very nice lady on the phone made an appointment for the following Monday evening at 7:30 pm, and I was looking forward to meeting the guy because she sounded so professional!

Awesome as always! Samantha is always friendly and helpful over the phone. Don came out originally to check out our boiler. He explained everything clearly and showed me the numbers for the carbon monoxide leak. Then Glenn came out. He did his thing and then took the time to go over the options with me. Tonight, we came home to frozen pipes in our Squirrelhill townhouse. It was, needless to say, a rather major inconvenience/problem. luckily, I gave Sullivan a call after someone at southside plumbing hung up on me, and there were some Squirrelhill plumber that wasn't able to help me. I made a call at 4:30 and spoke with Amy, at Sullivan, and she was able to schedule us this evening.
