Received "I'll be there tomorrow" 3 times. Maybe my job was too small. Never called me on that day to say cant make it.
Called me at work to debate not deserving 2 stars.
Vince, the point is having the courtesy to call and say I cant make it today.

We experienced a clogged sewer line and our first quote from a different plumber was a few thousand dollars. We received a second independent quote from Vince Marino Plumbing, who fixed the clogged sewer for much less, saving us thousands of dollars! He was upfront and honest about his assessment, even pointing out all the unnecessary work other plumbers were insisting needed to be done.
