The English Hill house was purchased in July of 2013, and after extensive work done to the exterior and interior both in the structure and cosmetic details, was sold in May of 2014, for $1.05M. The house is a fine example of what English Hill has come to be known for, large lots, elegant trim and finish details, and a warm and inviting interior features make this one of the more unique projects we've done to date.

Horrible experience with this company and our apartment manager Stefanie S. After keeping the apartment immaculate for an entire year and thoroughly deep-cleaning the entire apartment before vacating, including shampooing ourselves, they withheld $300 or our refundable deposit for unnecessary cleaning/shampooing costs. Stefanie had told me in person that they would not need these services done. She was very sneaky and not up front with us at all with charges. There was also a horrible mold problem that they remedied by cutting holes in the walls for "ventilation" but instead just let the heat out

I have never been more unimpressed by management. The manager of my apartment complex is a woman named Brook Munoz who is beyond unprofessional and completely rude. I tried talking to her today about a situation and she immediately coped an attitude, told me I "don't want to go head to head" with her, then hung up on me. What a child. I called back twice because she wouldn't take my calls, and when she finally did I told her how unprofessional her behavior was. She laughed and told me there was no point for me to argue with her.
