I manage a coffee shop and Total Enviro services our grease trap. They are always punctual, thorough, and accommodating. Van did our last service and answered some extra questions I had about our drainage at the shop!

Van was the Tech that handled the Grease Interceptor issues. A Very Professional and Knowledgeable person who was great to have on site. We will definitely use Total Enviro Services because they are represented by their employees very well.

Do NOT trust this company! They charged us well over double the original quote. When we questioned them about it we were told we had “Buyers Remorse”. All around awful experience and extremely rude management. We would be happy to take this review down if they billed us the original amount as the service was completed, but it was made very clear to us they will get their layers involved if needed. Safe yourself the headache of dealing with people like this a go with another company.

Van was awesome his personality was great very professional. After my experience with Van I felt like I've known him forever. Definitely I would recommend him again.

We hired this company with the quoted cost of $275 for septic cleaning. Upon completion of the cleaning we were handed a bill for $490. The company let us know this was for a variety of additional charges we were not told of upfront.

Eric, the owner refused to acknowledge the communication error on his team's part and blamed me for having "buyer's remorse" and wanting my money back. All I am requesting is to pay the $275 we were quoted on the phone. If there were to be additional charges that should have been disclosed PRIOR to performing the services when you have no choice

Called 4 septic pump companies, all based on the reviews I read. One place never called me back, one place couldn’t get to be til tomorrow and was expensive, one didn’t answer the phone at all. We've used Total Enviro 2 times ultimately for septic and other plumbing issues. Both times Matt Barrows was involved. The second time we specifically requested him because he does exceptional work. Very professional and knowledgeable. Explains things thoroughly and is diligent in the work he does. We'll definitely be requesting him again for any future issues.

DO NOT USE TOTAL ENVIRO SERVICES! We've been using Total Septic/Enviro since 2013, and have spent thousands with them over the course of the years. 7 years ago, we were sold a 1/2 hp pump. Recently we called them to pump out our tank, which they did. 2 days later our toilets wouldn't flush again. They came back out, charged another $275 and pumped the other tank. 3 days later, our toilets wouldn't flush again. The person that came out this time told us that we only had a 1/3 hp pump. We pulled out our receipt from 2013 and showed them we were charged for a 1/2 hp pump. They said

My 92 year old mother had a backup in one of her bathrooms. This company doing business as total septic came out found that the septic did not need to be pumped my mother allows them to Pump It Anyway for future use the $260 the pumping did not work the technician said that he had to snake the line for $160 after trying to snake the line when the line did not work he asked me for a Sharp object to use in the hose. He then proceeded to go into the house and use a plunger and to state that we would have to call a plumber. My mother said she was calling her plumber at the same time the technician

We had really good service from the time we called to the time the pump truck left. Our Orlando property hasn't been serviced in a while so, I wasn't sure what to expect. they answered our questions, gave us a price, and came out the next day. It wasn't an emergency quite yet but wanted to make sure we don't have issues later on.

I'd recommend them as they were professional, did exactly as promised, and were nice the whole time.

Wish I could give a zero. They replaced my septic tank and drainfield. We failed failed inspection the first time because they failed to dig deep enough. I was charged more to redo it. Then they tore up my lawn three/four times the size of the work done, left a very deep slope. In addition, my entire beautifully driveway had to be redone because their earthmovers and equipment left it in horrible shape. I more than doubled the original estimates because of the poor job done the first time and the damage they caused.

Hi everyone, I want to share a bad experience I had with Total Enviro Services. On October 18th my bathroom was backing up. I called Total Enviro Sevices (Philip Alexander) is the contractor they said my drain field needed to be replaced. My husband and I agreed to do that. We paid almost $6000.00 for the drain field. It's not even a month yet since they replaced it for us. I thought we would have a break. We're still dealing with the same issues. That is just poor service. My husband emailed Phillip about the issue. He never replied back. Don't waste your time calling Total Enviro

This may have been a good company in the past but not anymore. Jeff was the employee that got me to sign up to have my drain field replaced. He said the work would be done in 2-3 weeks due to having to obtain a permit. After I had signed the paperwork I didn't hear anything from the company and I ended up having to call them. When I got in contact with Ken, a supervisor, he said Jeff was no longer with the company. I asked if they keep track of business that is supposed to be completed for customers who've already paid half down and he said they were trying to do their best.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!! I think after dealing with Total Enviro for the last month and things ending the way they did, my husband might possibly have a heart attack. The stress it has caused him and the rest of our family has been awful. He and I both own our own businesses and would be out of business if we treated our customers the way they treated us. Something that was supposed to be a simple drain field installation done in 48 hours turned into hell. The company told us the permit would take 4-5 days and it ended up taking 3 weeks. Then once we got the permit it took 6 days

Company offers bribes for removal of negative feedback! Owner refuses to talk to customers. Company will not change prices or offer rebates for shoddy service. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

I was told that the day after the permit was pulled, they would start, the day later, it would be inspected and filled in. Permits were pulled on Thursday. They didn't start work until Monday. When I got out of the shower on Saturday, the bathroom floor was flooded. I wasn't able to use my toilets or any drains for several days. Luis came out and was very professional and friendly. He always told me what he was going to do before he did it, he explained what was happening along the way. He was very patient with me, as I was a little frazzled from not being able to use my bathroom or my kitchen or laundry for several days. He did a good job and cleaned up after he was done. I appreciate his great customer service and knowing he would do what was required. Thank you!

Called Total septic to clean my tank. I was told I needed a new septic tank pump since mine had stopped working....price for the pump was $895.00 which I found a bit excessive. Called other companies in the area for septic pump price and went from 475.00$ to $595.00 all with 1 yr. warranty . Think Total Septic prices may need a bit of adjustment....down. LMVR

The company came to do a septic tank clean out and only removed the fluids. They didn't clean out any of the main drain from the house and then they told me my drain field was dead. Had another company come and they did a complete clean out cleaned the drains from the house and the tank is draining nicely. Not dead. Not needing replacement or "rejuvenation". If you are going to use them, be sure to be there and watch the whole process. I will never use them again.
