Update from original post: After emailing customer service several times. I changed my review to1 star. I will never order from them again
Ordered in past. Good filters. Some come a little damaged but good filters. Will Not be ordering again until they find a different delivery method. FedEx to take 8 days for an 80 mile delivery. I live 80 miles away and going to take 8 days. Absolutely ridiculous.

I have ordered from Filter Buy for years and have always had good service, but all good things come to an end. I ordered 6 filters on my last order and I received only 2. The shipping information on my computer stated the package weighed 11 lbs but the box I received only showed 6 lbs. I called to report the shortage and the customer rep. really seemed as though she could care less. Really short, and rude. I will not order from them again!

We’ve ordered from Filter Buy before without issues but this last time will be the last order. We ordered the three different sized filters needed for our home in February, order was filled in March. Two of the sizes arrived in different boxes on different days. No sign of the third size.
Then an email comes in claiming the order was completed so I fire back that we’re missing part of the order ( about $100 worth of filters). I’m assured in a reply this will be quickly fixed.

I purchased six filters. They were shipped promptly. Due to a dimension discrepancy (nominal versus actual filter size), the filter I received was a slightly different dimension than what I was expecting based on their website specs. I phoned FilterBuy toll-free customer service, got right through, and had the nicest representative helping me. They offered an adjustment in the form of a generous partial refund. This was very acceptable to me, as it didn't make sense to send them back. I intend to use the original six filters by "scrunching" them in, and it'll be fine. Customer service helped me
