I called this company on 6/20/18 to schedule a routine tune up for my AC unit. I spoke with the man on the phone and told him what I wanted and asked when I could schedule an appointment and we discussed price and he then said "I'm up in an attic right now so text me your date and time that works best for you. So we hung up the phone. I texted him my time and date which would work for me (6/21/18 at 9:A.M.) and he replied back asking for my name and address.
