They repaired stucco on the outside of my house and fixed holes in the outside stucco. They then painted the outside of my house. Their crew from Simplyconstr was fantastic and extremely professional. I am so happy to have used them and give a ton of thanks to Gaby for caring about me.

This guy is an absolute clown that couldn't build a treehouse!
Well, at least he tried to, in my office, when he was supposed to be doing a remodel. All the work he did has to be torn out and redone. The building had steel studs. Gaby came in and framed up walls with wood and NAILED THEM TO THE STEEL STUDS!
This clown has some odd obsession with peaking into restrooms that have entrances to them from the lobbies. In fact he and his drafter got into a big debate over which building's restrooms expose the most by their doors being located in lobbies. I would stay away from any restroom

Simply Construction remodeled my kitchen and changed all my flooring downstairs. Gaby and Asi are great to work with. They suggested to double the size of my kitchen island because we had a lot of unused space. We had never even thought of that, and it was the best decision we made. They worked in a timely manner.

I called for kitchen renovation that company was amazing first of all they came and give me an estimate it was way cheaper then the other companies .......and then they did 3-D printing show me the way it's going to look when it's done And the result was amazing they finished the work quickly and they did very good job I'm very happy :)......

Wanted to charge me $500 for it!

We got a several quotes for our bathroom remodel and ultimately went with Gaby. Overall we are happy with how it turned out. The tiles guys were great very happy with how their work turned out. The only criticism I have is there are several time the workers came after 5pm to work. But with the pricing we were able to complete both bathrooms.

We hired Simply Construction to do a complete remodel/update on our home in Summerlin . I can't say enough good things about Gaby and his crews. The workmen showed up on time, 6 days a week , to get the job completed . Gaby comes by every day to make sure everything is proceeding to your satisfaction . I now have the home I have dreamed of.

Wow!!! I can not say enough good things about Gaby and his company Simply Construction! Before finding Gaby, I hired 2 different contractors to renovate our bathroom. It took one of them more than a month to tile the shower and floor. The other, a carpenter, left town in the middle of the job. Gaby came highly recommended from a general contracting friend of mine. Once he stepped in, I honestly couldn't believe the speed and quality of the work he delivered! I had been looking for a granite countertop for months and couldn't find the right source.
