Staff is highly responsive in Yelp replies, but not with phone calls or even scheduling someone to come over to see if they could help us with repair. One of the roofer employees was nice enough to give us his phone number to call, but we were only able to get ahold him 2x...just to ask him to go over and help with us a leak repair in the kitchen.
It's been 3 weeks and no one's scheduled a roofer to come over. Not sure how other people are faring.

Have a Roof leak after Oct 24th 2021 Storm! Called El Dorado Roofing per Yelp Reviews!
Responded and sent a person out to inspect! Said wasn't too big of a job and gave me an estimate and also one for gutter cleaning.
After accepting estimates and several emails,texts they said couldn't do job until late December! What????
Horrible Customer Service!
Don't waste your time if you have a roof leak that needs attention before more damage is done by rain!

I requested quotes on Yelp and El Dorado Roofing contacted me immediately. Jordy Sanchez was in contact via text and came out to look at a leaking skylight. I was impressed with the company's responsiveness and Jordy's professionalism and honesty. I was so impressed I immediately referred the company to a friend who has a leak and is looking for a roofer.
I'm waiting to hear back from my landlord on next steps. If we move forward and get the company to do the work, I'll update my post. A+ on service, responsiveness and professionalism.

El Dorado Roofing replaced my damaged roof with another tile roof, they did an excellent job, they cleaned up at the end of the day, and very accommodating, they made adjustments when ever needed, they are always very busy, there were some delays but they completed the job to my
satisfaction and most of all their price is unbeatable.
They are my number One (1) pick the next time I have a roof problem.

Marcos, the crew, as well as the office staff were beyond amazing! I requested quotes on Yelp for fixing several areas of dry rot on the eves of my home as well as fixing or possibly replacing my gutters.

Workmanship, outstanding, couldn't ask for a better crew. They were quick and speedy once the work started. I had a new roof put in by El Dorado. They came out, took the old roof off on day one, they did most of the repairs on day two and finished on the third. All the workers kept the area clean and hauled all the junk away. All thumbs up.
Their communications need a little work. It was a little painful getting in touch after the estimate. I had a pretty hard time putting myself on the schedule, confirming things. It was very tough getting in touch with the office as they were only messages

We couldn't be happier with the look and integrity of our new metal standing seam roof. Dan was very responsive to my questions and input, and Horacio and the team did a thorough and professional job. They kept the site clean, and ensured we were happy every step of the way. Dan Young, Salesman at El Dorado was willing to work with me on coming up with an affordable, insulated roof for my Timber Framed Barn. Realizing steel roofing was out of my league, we did a few compromises where I did all the prep carpentry to arrive at price point that I could sleep at night with, and El Dorado could offer me a solution. The crew was fantastic. Keeping the County Inspector happy with adequate screw connections to a somewhat unique and overbuilt insulation/roof solution required good communication with the crew. They asked my opinion whenever a question of technique or preference

The job done last year was incomplete. I went back to them telling it doesnt look right and now I can see my roof wall shows a bigger damage then before. They were suppose to follow up but no respond.
I am going to review this as 1 star as a very poor job was done and im not getting any help back. Very poor customer service. Please avoid

I contacted El Dorado Roofing because I had a rotting fascia board that needed to be replaced. They got back to me immediately and said they would be glad to help out when they had an upcoming job in my area. This wasn't a problem because it was not an urgent job. I appreciate greatly El Dorado's quick response to my request. Other companies I contacted said the job was too small so I also appreciate El Dorado's work to fit me into the schedule.

At first I was excited about this business. Dan S. came for a quote promptly and quoted a good price. After that, they fell off the face of the earth. Calls to their office would not be returned. I reached out to Dan S multiple times, and I thought I had the job schedule only to have them not show up. Repeated attempts to reach out were unanswered.
To be fair, my job was on the smaller side, but I would rather have them tell me they weren't going to do it instead of just going silent.

Marcos came out on time and gave me a competitive bid on my house. After many other bids we went with El Dorado and I am glad we did. Their roofers were polite, efficient and technically proficient. The price of the quote never changed and there 20 year warranty is one of the better warranties out there.
They also replaced the gutters.
A small, local company that offers excellent service. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.

I am so grateful to have their help with replacing my ridge tiles and pipe seat seals. Marcos gave us a good price for the work. He just proposed the repairs that needed to be done. Other roofers proposed replacing the pipe seats instead of just re-sealing them. That would have cost a fortune (required removing solar panels).
The fall is very busy for them! I had to pester them to get on their schedule. We are so grateful to have this work done & to have paid a fair price.

Today I had a new flat roof installed , I picked TPO roof with 1 inch insulation as it white and long lasting . I called the office about a week ago, she told me Orlando will call back and he did after 10 min to give me a quote . He also came by to look at the roof and said the team will come on Saturday . Today at 7 AM the team was on my roof tearing the old one and install the TPO . It was nice to see a contractor come on time and keep the price they quoted and Orlando is very professional and a nice man I will defiantly contact again for my other properties .

Very responsive and helpful. They came all the way to Marin to give us an estimate and tarp the leaky roof while we waited for the rain to subside for replacement.
They also worked with me via the iphone - so I could oversee a roof replacement long distance. They sent pics of the permit, progress pics, and finished product pics (it looks amazing). So if you have a business trip - this company can replace your roof and keep you in the loop while you're away.
