Just as the name states, First rate. We have used Maurice from First Rate Construction many times. It began after a fire and a fire fighter kicked our front door down. We had a custom door assembly made and found Maurice and he had the door finished and then he and his crew installed it. I had never seen such professional work done. They constructed a tent around the entryway so no dust would enter the rest of the house. Over the years he has done several bits of remodeling for us from a brand new kitchen island to replacing the Craftsman brackets on the front of our house. He has also done major
