Briggs was on time and finished reroofing my house quickly. The workman were respectful, worked hard and were great about cleaning up afterwards. But, there were supply issues (I ended up with different color shingles and flashing than I wanted). I found out about this later rather than sooner and ended up accepting what they had in stock in order to get the roof repaired according to my limited time frame. Fortunatey, I'm pleased with the look. The other thing that happened is that one of the workers accidentally punched a hole from the decking into the bedroom ceiling. This happened on the last

The process was great from start to finish. There was one small miscommunication involving the roof vents but it was talked through and resolved. Everyone - from the installers to the general manager (who personally came out to look at the finished job) - were courteous and professional. The roof looks fantastic and the yard was totally cleaned of all debris. Highly recommend them!

I haven’t seen a work force so dedicated to its customer in years! It was so refreshing to see people take complete concern and pride in their work. Every night the job site was cleaned up and cleared of any debris.
Work force showed up early and worked late to help complete the job in a timely manner.
With all this said, Briggs was not the cheapest bidder on my job. However, I’m a firm believer you get what you pay for. In this case, I feel Briggs Roofing and I both came out winners!

So it took over 4 months after we had paid for half to the roof it get it done ! The crew that finally did it was great and fast ! Dalton tried to make things better he was the only one that was responsive and understanding. READ your contract because in fine print it states $75 per sheet for OSB board OUTRAGEOUS!!!!! Our roof cost us an additional $6600 when we were done !!!!! Feel taken advantage of! I know lumber prices are high but that’s robbery

Just recently they quickly came out and repared one shingle that was lifting in the wind, again professionally done. I recommend Briggs Roofing Company!

We've done business with Briggs over many years. They do good work. Love our new commercial roof. It looks great. The guys work hard. They really did a great job overall. However we were very disappointed that they disappeared from the job for about 5-7 business days or so during perfect weather with the job unfinished. We believe It could have been finished during that time when the weather was cooperative. Of course the rain and wind came and water was literally pouring into the shop in several places. We had leaks where it never leaked before. The wind kept peeling back the membrane on the flat

I've gotten to know Briggs Roofing over the last few days and I can say that Justin and his team are amazing!
These folks are real roofers that understand how roofs are built and actually have been doing the work for 4 generations!

This company has some very good staff that care in our opinion. If I was the owner of the company would find a new Sal his communications is terrible, no customer service skills and makes the company seem bad. It is sad to see all the bad ratings when it is not the base of the company. We had our roof replaced and they had a flashing leak causing damage in the house. Their lead Sal would not respond but the staff did and fixed the issue. Have no idea why you would keep someone in the position without the service skills. Just my option after working with them to replace our roof.

I called Briggs four weeks ago for service, they told me it would be three weeks before they could come out and check our small roof leak. I called four weeks later and they said they would call me back. After calling them four times, I still keep getting the run around. No phone calls back, no service. They are just a poor organized, poor customer service company.
