I wish, the people here wouldnt be so defensive. So I requested a quote for my drive way. They estimation came up to 5400 dollars. I requested 3 others quote for the same job description since they sent me their quote so 3 of them were between 2900 and 3400 max. While I tried to ask more info on why that would be more. So apparently their politics of this company is that if the job is small the materials and the labor will cost more to the customer according to Michelle ( estimator). And told me basicly go to the other company if you are not happy. I mean I just tried to understand and maybe emerald

We just had our driveway paved by Emerald Paving today, I'm satisfied with the results but need the county inspection to be completed I will update my review when I have the results. Well we passed our inspection so I'm happy with the outcome. Our driveway meets the requirements per code it's not fancy and took a while to complete due to Emerald being busy and weather conditions. All in all I would use them again.

I wish I could leave a positive review because most of my experience was positive, unfortunately the finished product was disappointing.
I called several asphalt companies and received several estimates and they were all very similar in price being maybe 100 or 200 dollars different on the final price. With that in mind I chose Emerald Paving because they seemed to care about customer satisfaction. I was a little concerned that they didn't have many reviews, but since the reviews they had were more than a year old it wasn't very helpful.
I can say that they arrived on time on the day

An estimator from Emerald Paving came to our house 6 months ago and gave us a quote which we accepted. They have still not come to start the job. Initially I was told it was because they were waiting for a part to be delivered, then we were pushed behind larger projects during the summer. We are still waiting. Don't call this company if you want anything done promptly.
