They are very friendly and care about their customers. I think many of us are afraid of car salesman and the pressure they might put on us to buy something, but after meeting the salesman Joel my thoughts have changed. He was easy to work with, and made sure I was leaving with something that I wanted. I will for sure be coming back for my future purchases, and can’t thank them enough!

I picked up my car Monday, August 19, 2019 after taking it in for a new alternator and oil change, and it smelled like somebody burnt the clutch out of it the whole drive home. The following morning, I called the Service Manager, Helen, and was assured my car never left the property. I was also told it went in for service and to the carwash.… Apparently, I spent just under $500 to get my car fixed and have the clutch burnt out by some kid that probably works there because he took it for a joyride. It is super frustrating that she did not take my complaint seriously and just played it off

We own all Ford vehicles and will be only taking them to Bob Smith. The service department is phenomenal! Tom ensured that my vehicle was taken care of, even personally calling me explaining exactly what he did; and wanted to make sure we were happy and the problem was fixed. And when I picked it up it was sparkly clean! Awesome service all around!

I love this car dealer! I have bought 3 Mazda's (2 new, 1 used) from Bob Smith and have loved every single one of them. And each time, it was smooth, low-pressure, and they took great care of me from beginning to end. They are reasonable and don't try to swindle you. They are definitely an upstanding locally-owned business that does quality work for their customers. When you think about buying your next vehicle, definitely stop in and see these folks. Even if you don't leave buying a car, they'll treat you right.

I went on a test drive with Stan Larson. First of all we stopped at a local sports shop named Sheers or something like that, so he could look at a gun he wanted to buy. While doing a test drive. After spending about fifteen minutes in the store we finally left. When we got back to the dealership I asked him what the bottom dollar would be for the vehicle, he got very angry and said all there cars are priced at the least (which is not true, the vehicle was over priced), so I told him we would not come to a deal and tried to shake his hand, he then threw his pen on the desk and said "were not

I took my car here during a road trip across the country and stopped to have my undercarriage fixed. I was in and out within twenty minutes. My husband and I had our two cats with us and they allowed us to take them in the waiting area. Everyone was so friendly and courteous to us and our cats. If I ever find myself in Billings MT and need service on my car, were definitely going back. They did what two other Mazda dealerships couldn't do and fixed a simple rattle that was bothering me for months. Very happy.

We brought our car into Bob Smith to trade for a better family car. We went across the street to eat lunch while they test drove our trade (Burning out onto Central) and did all their lengthy (4hrs) paper work. When we decided not to take the rate they gave us we left. While driving about 2 blocks away the car felt funny, so we got out to check and sure enough he had popped the tire while testing out the Turbo. They never said one thing about the tire popping to us. On top of all this, they were just flat out rude! It was my first time buying a car as I am still a college student, and they made

A bad, bad place. Don't go anywhere near this place, especially with your car!!! They misdiagnose problems (i.e. don't fix the problem), and you have to come back many times - and still do not get results. They do "bait and switch" price changes and when it's all done, never provide a receipt for the work done. Letters to the company and phone calls are ignored..... Stay away at all costs!!!

So I brought my RX-8 to get the sun visor replaced, and they did a fine job with that, but as I started my car, I noticed the 'check engine' light was on for the first time ever in the vehicle's young life (6 years). I brought it to their attention before driving off the lot, and one of the techs fiddled around with some stuff, said it was an emissions thing, turned the light off, and said it shouldn't cause problems. Here's hoping it doesn't...!
