Lucas-Smith Chrysler Center is the modern name for a historic DeSoto-Plymouth dealership that began on South Mill Street, Festus in 1939. Founded by Roy Lucas; a pilot, trucker, mechanic and farmer, it is now owned by Dennis Smith and Butch Lucas and managed by Brad Smith. The store moved to its current location at 1600 Parkway West, Festus in 1999.
After 40 years as a Dodge dealership, the store became a Dodge, Ram, Jeep, and Chrysler dealership in 2009.

If you are in the market for a new or used vehicle this is a great place to go. I had a remote start installed on my Dodge Ram. Friendly employees , knowledgeable kept me up to date on where they were . One of the best Service Departments I've ever used. If I were giving a letter Grade it would be A +++++++.

This review is for the service center. The process couldn’t have been more smooth if they tried. Dan really is the man! I called multiple dealers to check something on my car, all booked up. Dan heard me out and said no problem just come in don’t need an appointment to check. They fixed my problem perfectly, worked with me on the drop off/pick up, and on Chryslers dime! Absolutely incredible service. Just another reason why I keep buying Chrysler and a new reason why I recommend this dealerships service center. Great job Dan and team!

Because of medical issues and the fact that our beautiful 2021 red Pacifica didn't fit in our garage (too wide/80 year-old house), I needed to trade in the Pacifica for an SUV that would fit in the garage. I would not purchase any vehicles from this place! They will not sell to anyone out of town or who will not service the vehicle at this place. Ridiculous! Very rude the salesman had laughed. Would not recommend family or friends. Highly recommend to look else where if your wanting to purchase a vehicle. We live 3 hours away an would expect us to drive to get this vehicle serviced. It’s crazy do not recommend at all! Would rate at 0 stars but there is not an option to do so.

Based on past experience with buying and servicing my 15 Cherokee at Lucas, I took the plunge and ordered a 21 ecodiesel Gladiator through them with the knowledge that if I were to have issues with a new model first run 3rd generation diesel, that they would have my back if issues arose.
