Everyone I spoke to was very friendly and professional. I found a great selection of cars at fair market prices. And was glad to see they're expanding and bringing more business to the area. I hope they do better than that dealership they have next door to them in Herky. Not only did they get my daughter and I into a car they all as a team help entertain my two-year-old granddaughter.. it all means a lot.

Buying experience went well and the pricing was on point but it has now been 4 weeks and they have still yet to provide a title. At this point I’ll have to pay a late fee to title and license my vehicle since they’ve taken so long to get my title. I have called twice with no answer from the title clerk or an excuse of why I don’t have it. I am now driving on expired temp tags thanks to them.

The salesman John was very helpful And courteous. They originally offered my 8k on my trade and came up to 10k. He also came down 300 on his vehicle and that was $300 less than their asking price and that was out the door so they actually came down more not having all the extra fees that are tacked on after you buy a vehicle.

Quickest and easiest vehicle purchase of our life! We picked out the car we were interested in online, walked in and were met by Jake at the door who had us test driving that car in less than 10 minutes. He made good on issues we found with true vehicle and we were signed and driving away in 2.5 hours! Can’t believe we’ve missed the gem of a dealership all this time. From now on this will be our go to dealer for any purchase going forward! Everyone, and we talked to everyone there that day, we’re absolutely great!

Definitely would not recommend. My son purchased a car from them and he has had several issues with the car. Of course we noticed them after we drove the car off the lot. Here's the list of things: missing antenna cover, car not cleaned (asked twice for them to clean it), no oil on dipstick, air not cold, bad tire, backup camera not working, right blinker not working, tire sensor lights on, missing lug and stud on one tire, cabin air filter extremely dirty (see picture), motor using oi, lights out on license plates, right light out on dim, running light out.

I’m not sure this auto center knows how to sell a car to an out of state buyer… BE CAUTIOUS of buying from here if you are out of state. Also through my experience, you can’t trust really anything they tell you about the car and you need to DOUBLE TRIPLE check all paperwork from this place. I’m missing multiple signatures on my documentation, which is requiring multiple trips to DMV. They definitely do not go above and beyond making sure everything is complete. Their stamp they use on the back of the title does not count as hand printed and as the agents name, please save yourself a headache

Jd sold us exactly what we needed and what we were looking for. We had 3 kiddos with us ranging from 4 months to 8 years old. Everyone was very nice and made it so much better and there was no pressure or anything by any means. It was a very laid back environment. We will definitely be going back soon!

I looked around for a long time for a truck I actually liked. After having a very bad experience at another big dealer in South county ( they sold the vehicle out from under me ) I decided to have a look at autocenters lot, for months I was scouring websites of all the dealers around town, and I found this absolute gem of a truck, very clean, low mileage, has a few upgrades, personally for me, it's exactly what I wanted.
The process was very easy, I was informed about everything regarding my vehicle, and the paperwork presented for financing. I really can't say enough about the positive experience
