It never ceases to amaze me how a simple oil change that is scheduled a week in advance can take 2+ hours at a dealership whereas the same task can be accomplished in no longer than 25 minutes at corporate chains.🤷 This unexplainable phenomenon is quite arguably the greatest mystery in our universe. 🤦

Will not buy another vehicle from Columbia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram again!! I bought my 2018 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited in March of 2021. Since then I have had to get a new radiator, ( had a small leak) and the start, stop auxiliary battery had to be replaced and this was within a month of buying it. ( the start, stop light was on when I bought it). I just had it back at the service dept because it needed a new door latch. As i'm driving it home from this fix my start stop light is coming on stating "start stop not ready battery charging". We did buy the extended warranty and was under the impression

My experience with South County Dodge was pretty great from start to finish! Everyone I dealt with was very nice. My salesman, Dan, went above and beyond to find the perfect vehicle for me and I absolutely love my ‘new to me’ car! I absolutely hate feeling pressured and I did not feel pressured at all. I am not surprised many of these bad reviews involve the service department. We took our jeep here for an oil change and road trip inspection the week before we left for a long road trip. When we picked the vehicle back up the wiper lever had been snapped off. When I asked what happened the employees stated that “it was already broken when we took it back.” We would have realized a broken, dangling lever hanging from the steering wheel before we brought it in and had it repaired for the long drive. They responded to us by chuckling and refusing to take any responsibility or offer an explanation

Go anywhere else! I brought my car in for an oil change and a road trip inspection because I am driving to Florida. When my car was returned to me the windshield wiper lever had been completely snapped off and was hanging by the wire. I asked them about it and all they kept saying was that “it was like that when it came in.” If that were the case any other dealership would ask you if you would like that fixed or even a quote! They said nothing about it to me and then tried to make me feel stupid when I asked about it. This is a prime example of why they are not part of the better business bureau
