Everyone at Auffenberg Belleville had excellent customer service. We were approached and assisted immediately by Terry, he drove us to the other local Auffenberg dealerships, and he stuck within our budget and never made us feel pressured. We returned a day or two later and Jerome followed up with Terry’s work and was just as great and patient! James was very knowledgeable about the warranties and was able to customize it to our needs and financial capabilities. He ensured everything was done quickly yet efficiently. The manager then made sure we got two full keyfobs as opposed to regular keys

After making an offer on a car which was accepted over the phone at ~10:00AM on Monday Dec 6, 2021 I specifically asked that the window tinting be removed and the car be ready for pick up late in the day. I even asked if I could make a down payment to get the process started and was told ‘no’. I made it quite clear that I didn’t want any extras from finance over the phone. I was paying mostly cash for the car so would have expected everything to be ready to go when I arrived that evening. My entire family has been doing business at Auffenberg for years. My husband and I recently purchased a new Bronco Sport. We worked with Jon Spearman. He was very helpful and professional. He made the car buying process very smooth and seamless from the initial test drive, thru the negotiation, and then follow up delivery of additional accessories that were agreed upon. James in finance was also very helpful yet not pushy or aggressive.

Customer service overall was awesome from start to finish. I personally hate the process of buying a new car but with the help of my sales rep Kyle, I would not have been so comfortable and confident in the purchase of my new love (2018 GMC ACADIA). I would definitely recommend this location and service to everyone, especially new drivers. This team is top notch and will take care of your needs whatever they may be. They're honest people which is really valuable and sad to say uncommon in these days. I do believe that a lasting relationship has formed. Thank you guys!

If hadn't had a major issue with the insurance agent I'd give this place 5 stars. Dominic helped me find a car that I'd never have thought I could afford, kept me well under my max payment, and was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout. The finance agent(I think his name was John) helped me make sure I had all the warranties I wanted and still stayed in budget on payments, and everyone else there was super friendly and accommodating. The reason this review is only 4 stars is because the progressive insurance agent who handled my coverage signed me up for a new policy instead of putting the

My daughter purchased a used Jeep Trailhawk with nothing but problems. At first, Auffenberg tried to make good on it but now they are washing their hands of it. Between the lies, the shoddy work, lack of communication, and total disregard for my daughters safety, I would give them negative stars if that were an option. If you want a quality vehicle and good customer service shop somewhere else. WHERE IS MY BATTERY CABLE KYLE?

Auffenberg had the used make & model I wanted online and when I arrived for an appointment to see this vehicle I was very satisfied with the condition. It was so clean and well kept by the first owner. Test drive was excellent - thanks to Luis Martinez - and all staff here at Auffenberg. Very professional team. My experience was excellent.
