Great customer service and I have returned again to buy my 2021 Ford Escape trading in my 2017 Ford Escape and they gave me a excellent trade in price for it .This car is a dream come true it has so many extras that my previous car didn’t like Autostart and Automatic High beam lights on the more darkened streets out here and turns them back off… when it spots oncoming cars. Ford Pass is always the Extra because it has all the important information about the vehicle that is great. Mike Quinney is A exceptionally great General Manager and stopped at nothing to make sure that I was happy
