We have been using Bugs and Beyond since March. This is an incredible company. They treat any issue we've had with success. They are quick to respond and fit us into their schedule in a timely manner. We have had them out to treat for rodents, ants, spiders, earwigs and wasps. Josh even came out to do an inspection to help us with Raccoon prevention. We would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

I called this company 2 years ago as I believed I had raccoons in my attic. He explained that nothing could be done until I had the trees around my house trimmed so the raccoons couldn't get on my roof. 3 months and $5000 later my trees were trimmed and I called again for him to get rid of the racoons.
His response: " Well why don't we give them a few weeks to leave on their own. I also suspect they are getting in via the drain pipes..." I hired another company who trapped 15 raccoons over 2 weeks and repaired over $10K worth of damage. I not only don't recommend them

We had a mouse/a few mice visiting our house, specifically our pantry and the surrounding areas. My husband and I purchased mouse traps but given that we had no idea whether that would solve the problem, and have a child and two dogs, we wanted to get things taken care of professionally. Josh gave me a quote over the phone to get rid of wasps I had in the ground inside of a window well. The day of the job he said he was running ahead of schedule and asked if it was OK to come early. It was so he came out and after donning full protection suit, dusted the nests. Said if they came back in a week or 2 a re-retreatment was included in the price. Wasps were gone the next day and have not returned. Highly recommend Josh.

Josh went above and beyond to be helpful. I had ants and I wasn't sure if they were carpenter ants or not. My internet research was inconclusive and I'd heard some conflicting information about ant habits and diet. Josh was kind enough to consult over the phone at length and proposed some DIY solutions (he is obviously not just trying to make a buck). When he came to do a treatment around my house, he was speedy and professional, and unlike another company I talked with, he doesn't require a long-term re-treatment contract.

When recently started having issues with carpenter ants I did a quick Google search and came up with Bugs & Beyond. After reading his reviews he sounded like just the guy we would like to come out. Joshua came out, was on time, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all of our questions, was not wanting to do anything that was not necessary. It certainly feels like Joshua cares about you and your home. His reviews were spot on, I would highly recommend him!! PS: calling him is the best way to go if you need him right away. For the 3d time in several years, squirrels got into my home between the ceiling and the roof (I have no attic). Critter Control came the first 2 times and put in a one way trap to get the animals out then sealed up the opening where they had chewed through the wood siding. I was happy with their work and called them first this time as well. They have been acquired by a large company and wanted $700 to do the job--even though they had done it just 2 years ago (squirrels got in at the same location, just further along the siding). Wow what a great guy! I found these little tiny winged insects in my basement and was worried maybe they were termites? I called Josh to set up an appointment after another company wouldn't even come inside to look at the bug without me signing a full blown contract with them. Josh walked me through over the phone what a termite would look like and it was obvious these were not termites. He even offered to send him a picture to look at for no charge.
