Trey and his crew are awesome. We found ourselves in a situation where we needed our septic tank and field lines replaced and relocated. We also had old, problematic pipes under the house. Because they have plumbers working directly for them, their crew replaced all of the plumbing under the house as well. They did ALL of this in one day! It was a long hard day for them and never once did they complain. Trey and his brother are wise beyond their years and are incredibly professional and knowledgeable. 100 stars!

I had previously used Weaver Septic for a bad smell in our house after it rained and they capped our septic tank. We had to call over and over for 5 weeks to get them to come back and finish the job by capping the tank after their first visit. When the problem kept happening we called them again and they wouldn’t come out for several days, so we contacted Ultimate Plumbing and Septic who were able to come out the very next day. Brian was able to fix a pipe under our house that had a hole in it and five minutes after he left Trey called and came over to check out the septic tank. He immediately

I live in Gadsden and I knew I was in the right place when I called and spoke to an actual person about my plumbing issue and not someone's voicemail. Plumbers using voicemalil to run a business is not a good look for me. Customers are left wondering if you got the message or if you can help them. As a result, I will definitely use and highly recommend Ultimate Plumbing for any future plumbing issues based on my experience with them. My plumber Brian and his helper were awesome!
