We had two rooms damaged from a burst pipe from the ice storm back in February. They came for an estimate and assured me they would be able to handle the work. They came when they said they would come. It was a comfortable and friendly environment. I never felt uncomfortable. Working around my schedule and my needs was very important and they were able to accommodate every request. There was no pressure to do extra work, but we decided to anyways. He was able to work that into the project, which was not easy. He never complained or made me feel bad for calling, texting, or answering any questions

I would highly recommend Redesign Renovations for an interior remodel project. We urgently needed a shower rebuild to replace the old tub/shower unit after my wife took a bad fall and broke her leg. This was essential for her safety and Erjan immediately understood that need. I communicated our budget for the project and he made sure everything fit into that constraint. He did our bathroom remodel and upstairs flooring. We will work with him again. He guided us towards materials in our budget and helped with design ideas. Everything turned out beautiful. He was very responsive to questions and concerns and was frequently present to check in on progress and quality. He was very prompt in getting our projects started immediately. The flooring installation done by this company and specifically Brooklyn, Isaac and Jonah was beyond expectations. It is the most beautiful floor and these tilers are the hardest working and committed crew I’ve seen. The flooring turned out beautiful, I am loving my new floors.....all 2300sqft!

Do NOT use this company! They do not pay their subcontractors and they do not complete their work. Owner does not accept responsibility for for his own work. Takes advantage of the elderly. Will bounce payments. Does not show up and does not do work after being paid up front.

Erjan and his team were professional, and courteous. They arrived on time and completed the project ahead of schedule. They answered all my questions and went above and beyond in installing my new flooring. Out of all the many home improvement companies that I have worked with, Redesign Renovations out ranks them all. This is a top notch company and I highly recommend them. This company is great. The estimated time they gave me was one week to replace all my 6 rooms that had carpet, removed and replace with tile. The completed the job in just three days. Very hard working, respectful of property and personal belongings and very professional. I will use their service again in the future and will recommend them to friends. They show up on time, I could go on and on, I'm very pleased with my project and the result and the short time they completed it.
