We are in the business of repairing home appliances in the Greater Atlanta Metro area. Our mission is to provide affordable, reliable and quality appliance repairs as efficiently as possible. It is our goal to have your appliance repaired as quickly as we can based on parts availability. Ken began, at the age of thirteen, to work in his dad's hardware store.
It was then that he first became interested in appliances and how they work. He attended a summer course for refrigeration in the 6th and 7th grades at the local vocational school in Milford, Delaware. During his junior and senior years at Milford High School, he attended classes at the vocational school for refrigeration and air-conditioning.
His father became a distributor of heating oil and propane gas and also sold and serviced major home appliances. Ken worked after school and on weekends with his father and learned all about heating and cooking with gas and oil and installing and servicing appliances. After graduation, Ken worked with his father until he came to Georgia in 1984.

We have called Ken out twice for two different appliances. The first time, he diagnosed the fridge immediately. It was still under parts warranty (not labor), so he told us exactly what to do to get it fixed through the manufacturer, and he was 100% correct about how much it would be and what the process was. Because of his help, we were actually able to get it fixed in a week and half, if you can believe it! We called him back out for a squeaky dryer and took it apart, cleaned it up, and it's like new! No unnecessary part changes!

Just used East Cobb Appliance and Ken came exactly when he said he would. He has over 40 years of appliance experience and is the nicest person. Not only did he fix our oven, but he educated me on appliances and parts. Very affordable prices. I will definitely use him again when we have appliance issues.

I have used Ken multiple times in the past. He fixed an issues with my washer/dryer, ice maker refrigerator, and dishwasher. His response is fast, his prices are affordable, and his advice is trustworthy. He is excellent at telling me whether the expense of fixing my appliance makes it worth just replacing it. So valuable to me since my previous appliance man ordered parts and charged me $800 before finally deciding he couldn't fix the washing machine! I will call Ken first and do what he says!

Ken was on time and honest in his assessment of my washer. The main problem with washer was a pair of socks stuck between the washer tub and the basket. He did not try to sell me any unneeded parts. This was very refreshing. It is sufficient to say that I will call him again if needed and will recommend his service to a friend.
