I had a bad experience with another company and called Perimeter Appliance Repair to get an estimate for a replacement of the heating coil in our dryer. They were the only company (I called at least 10) to take me seriously, ask for the model number, then call me back within 5 minutes with an actual (and reasonable) estimate. He picked up the part and was here the next day. Turns out the other company who charged me $50 for a diagnosis was wrong! Perimeter Appliance Service fixed the problem and didn't charge me anything extra for picking up the part they didn't use. Very nice and reasonable.
