In the middle of a redo, the only appliance I had not planned to replace went puny on me. I pleaded I prayed and still, my Grand old (over 20 year old $350 Hot Point, never a problem, Refrigerator) would not cool sufficiently. They came on time and called me ahead of time to make sure that I was ready. He was really nice and he didn't judge My crazy kitchen from when I pulled everything out of my fridge because it stopped working lol. He explained the different steps that he could take and luckily the first one got it done and everything's up and running and great! He fixed my refrigerator.

I highly recommend Appliance Care of Atlanta. We woke up to a refrigerator and freezer that had completely failed; neither compartment was cooling. Our regular appliance repair company couldn't see us for a week. Appliance Care came that same day and the technician not only did excellent work, he stayed until nearly midnight to complete the repair. They also filed for the warranty coverage and didn't charge us for the parts that were covered. We will definitely use Appliance Care again.

Very bad experience. The technician came out to look at the stove top (the starter spark was not working). He said that the cost of repair would be very high, so we decided not to repair.
He had already charged almost $50 to come out and evaluate the problem (which we had agreed to). We had felt that the exhaust fan on the stove top was not strong… enough and asked him if he could just check it. He pressed the button on it, it started up, and he said “it’s doing ok”, but charged us another $49 because it was technically another appliance!!!

I had a service call scheduled because my KitchenAide double oven was showing a “relay board error”. The tech called and said to try reseting my circuit breaker. That fixed the problem. No service call was needed. Most companies would show up reset the circuit breaker and charge $50 for a service call. Appliance Care of Atlanta just simply… canceled the service call. I will definitely use them in the future for any appliance repair. It’s hard to find a company that simply wants to help and not just make money off “appliance ignorance”. Recommend for honesty

The team over at Appliance Care of Atlanta went above and beyond when I needed their help with my refrigerator. I called them and told them the issues I was having and in less than 24 hours they were able to resolve everything. If that's not quick service, then I don't know what is. I wouldn't hesitate to order from them in the future!
