I called Mr.Fix because my washing machine was leaking water. They sent a repairman over the very next day to take a look. I live in an apartment and they had recently done work on the water pipes that had required them to turn off and turn on the water again to the entire building. The repairman, Idan, told me that there was nothing wrong with my machine. The water pressure in our apartment was too high and that was causing the water to overshoot the soap dispenser. He even showed me the issue.

I reached out to Mr. Fix initially to check out a slight but persistent noise with our dryer and they dispatched a technician for the following day. After initial diagnosis, the tech said we could probably go without replacing the rollers if we didn’t mind the noise (at its current level)... the cost quoted was almost as much as the dryer was to purchase.
The next day, our dryer sounded like a freight train rumbling through our house. The slight noise became extremely loud and unbearable. As this was EXTREMELY SKETCHY, I contacted the company for an explanation as to why the

I have now used this service 4 times and have been very happy with the service! Emmanuel worked on our dryer and fridge/freezer. He arrived on time each time. He keeps his word on the 1 year guarantee/warranty on parts and labor. He had to come out again to work on my fridge/freezer and did not charge me a penny for the 2nd visit since it has been less than a year. He is friendly and very helpful. I will continue to use his services and recommend him to others too!

The technician took a dump in my private bathroom when there are 2 (Yes 2) other bathrooms on either side of the washer being repaired. I found his Royal Dookieness at 10pm. So Le Pooh sat there marinating in all its magnificence ALL FRIKIN DAY. After multiple flushings and a good scrub I am finally rid of all evidence of the Poopie Bandit. This one small act negates the otherwise positive review I would have left this company.

Very friendly service. They scheduled for the day and time I requested and showed up right on time. The noise the washer was making could have been one of a few major expensive parts. The repair person was knowledgeable and honest. A simple repair of a broken clamp and it was fixed without trying to sell more than needed. I recommend I"T IS FIXED for your appliance repairs.
