It is not heat friendly. It still easily chip, crack, etch, scratch and stain if not maintained properly. This applies to all brands. Quartz need to be sealed once a year. Slicia is a naturally occurring mineral common in natural rocks. Its true that natural stone also has Slicia, but its only 10% in marble and 40% in granite and its only dangerous if stone is cut dry with out proper protection.
For kitchen countertops, it is best to use one inch and quarter (1.25) which comes in most granite. In marble, there are three quarter of an inch (3/4") or one inch and quarter (1.25") thickness. Some hot water and sponge should be perfectly fine to clean the countertops. No need for any countertop surface cleaners as it may demolish the shine of your countertop.
Marble countertop cleaning and maintenance is one of the easiest household chores. Yet, many people spend hours fussing over these countertops. While it is not difficult or time consuming, there is a right way to do it. You just have to learn that. In order to help you maintain your countertops, last week we suggested five things you should do for easy cleaning.

From start to finish we had a wonderful experience. With the pandemic shortages and us living so far away (Exeter Twp.) I was hesitant to stop by the showroom but I am glad I did. They were willing to travel the distance and installed in 3 weeks. Ali told my daughter he would bring some sweets for her when he was at our home for measurements and he brought them for install and she loved them. We wouldn't get that from a big box store. I am a big supporter of small/family businesses and would recommend CCMG. We are already in contact for next project.

Rami and Ali were fantastic to work with for our new countertops. I cannot speak highly enough about their knowledge, workmanship, communication, and overall professionalism. We stopped by the showroom and slab yard and Rami showed us all of the options that fit our color preference and price range. By the end of the week, our countertops were already installed. If you are searching for a company for your new countertops, you have already found the best company and most reasonable prices around - highly recommend CC Marble & Granite!

Ali & Rami deserve a 10 star rating! Their professionalism and knowledge coupled with an immense desire to please is second to none.
They installed my bathroom/sitting room countertops and the results were flawless & I am one very picky customer.
Not only skilled craftsmen but their pricing was the most competitive. After shopping fabricators in Norristown & several in KOP, Chester County Marble & Granite’s pricing couldn’t be beat.
In an age of shoddy workmanship & big store impersonal transactions, Ali & Rami stand out as an old-fashioned family run business that puts integrity & skill

Chester County Marble & Granite is THE best! Rami and Ali have installed 2 projects for my husband and I. Granite in our kitchen before we moved and quartzite in the kitchen in our new home. Both installations went perfectly! The granite looked gorgeous in our farmhouse kitchen and the quartzite is absolutely stunning in the new kitchen. We highly recommend Chester County Marble & Granite. Rami and Ali make the process easy. Professional, arrived as scheduled and did a beautiful job cutting the stone and installing it. Thank you Rami and Ali!

We had an absolutely incredible experience with this family run business. Ali and Rami were a pleasure to work with, giving us the space and time to select the right option for our kitchen countertop installation. Once we selected a granite, we were pleasantly surprised that the template/measuring were completed a few days later and the install was just a few days later. All said and done, it took less than a week!
During the install, they were careful and respectful of the renovations we had already completed. They were super thorough, checking their work along the way and did not leave a single

Rami and Ali were great to work with. We visited their location on a Saturday, picked out the counters and they ready to install within days. The service and communication was great and the install was smooth. Our counters look amazing and have received several complements on them already! We will definitely recommend them and use them in the future.

Rami and Ali and Team were great to work with from start to finish. Rami helped us choose the best stone for our project and Ali's attention to detail on the job site was very professional. On top of fantastic marble counters, Ali was able to cut enough of the marble to replace our fireplace hearth. And better yet, Ali took a remnant he had onsite and fabricated a customer table for us. And all this with excellent prices and customer service. We are coming back for a few vanity tops next month, no doubt. CCM&G should be your first stop when considering upgrades to your home. Thanks Rami and Ali

Awesome small family owned business. Rami and Ali were great to work with. This was our first interior update to our home in 25 years and it looks fantastic. Our new counter tops and back splash make a world of difference to our "new" kitchen. Can't thank them enough for the great experience. Looking forward to entertaining friends and family in the upcoming holiday seasons!!!

I ordered a base for our fireplace and was very disappointed. They requested we pay cash so I didn't feel confident with their business practices. When I arrived to pickup my piece I inspected it and right away noticed very choppy cuts and a corner that had been chipped off and glued back on. When I brought it up, the owner reacted by grabbing a hand grinder and trying to grind it down. He acted agitated and annoyed. Needless to say I didn't purchase the granite and am going elsewhere.

Where do I start? The brand new top was cracked in 2 place and poorly fixed without my knowledge. After the crappy install, They came back to fix the very poor install including large gaps filled with caulk, excess epoxy not removed, and crooked brackets. They made it worse by scratching the marble. Once again, Excuses! DO NOT USE!!!
Update:
Chester County marble and Granite will not take responsibility for their actions. We didn't have tile installed until 7 days after they left. It shows in the pictures. Although only one crack shows in the pictures, A stress crack showed up the next
