Another 5 star review. Highly recommend Chase and Elevate for your HVAC needs. Of the companies I spoke with to get our heat pump replaced, they were by far the most helpful, friendly, and honest. It’s not everyday that one has to deal with HVAC issues, so having someone who will listen instead of sell, troubleshoot instead of replace, and respond personally, is refreshing. Use these folks.

Professional, communicative, poignant, knowledgeable. My general maintenance appointment came with a diagnostic of the power draw by my HVAC system that explained why my electric has been high during the winter months. That was a huge help. When I called PGE, they just said that's normal for winter.

We have used Chase and Elevate since my original review and we still highly recommend him. We will be needing more work in the future with a remodel and definitely will use him again. Just a great guy, great work and fair prices and dependable for sure. Great to work with. We had a ductless heat pump installed in a shop apartment we are building and it's perfect for what we need. If we would have connected with him sooner some of the work could have been hidden behind the sheet rock but that's our fault and it looks fine the way he made up for it without having to get into altering the

We got quotes from both Elevate and one other HVAC company to replace our furnace that died during the sweltering heat of this years summer. About 7 companies wouldn't even provide a quote within the month, not even the company we had a previous relationship with. Only Elevate and one other company would come out within a couple of days. Chase was not only super professional and friendly, but he knew his stuff and offered the best price. He was extremely responsive via text and showed up for the install at 7:58 am (gave a window between 8-9 am). By 1:00 pm that day, he had cleaned up and even serviced

Chase was great! We had a furnace water leak due to a clogged condensation drain from the fires last year. Chase came out same day and fixed the clog along with creating a PVC valve for me to clean it out in the future. I live in a newer community and Chase walked me thought my system and how it worked so I could know what to look for and how to have it run more efficiently. I would highly recommend this company and I have already recommended it to a family member looking for HVAC maintenance.

Chase with Elevate Heating & Cooling is excellent. He is professional, thorough, and honest. He walked me through each step of the process to get our unit working again due to an unfortunate mistake made while we were pouring new concrete in our backyard.
