I was very happy with the entire experience with CS Roofing, from the inspection and helping with insurance claim for hail damage to the expert crew that replaced the entire roof in one day. Susan and Will are very professional and made the whole experience very easy for me the customer. Rafael and his crew were outstanding in stripping off old roof, installing the new one and cleaning up. My home is two stories, approximately 3300 sf and to do this work in one day is amazing.

I wanted to see how much it would cost to repair 4 pieces of siding. 2 require a ladder to reach. None of the pieces needed to be replaced just put back in place. Told me $318. I asked why so much and was told 4 repairs. I asked how much for just the two pieces that require a ladder to reach. I was told "Better talk another time Sir" Right after I read the text I look outside and see the driver storm off.

I highly recommend Carolina Storm Roofing. Working with Susan and Will could not have been easier! We had a 25 year-old roof that was in need of replacement, so at first I was skeptical about our getting a hail damage claim approved through insurance, but Will made it happen and even got our skylights approved for replacement. Carolina Storm Roofing came highly recommended, and there are a few other roofing companies that also have great reviews, but what sealed the deal for us was the Susan and Will team! We knew right away after speaking with Susan and Will that they were genuinely good people and were here to support us.
Will handled all of the field operations; He performed the initial roof inspection report, worked with the insurance inspector up on the roof, picked up paperwork multiple times from us, and checked in with the crew throughout the day during the roof installation

Carolina Storm Roofing did a fantastic job! There were a few delays due to weather but they were good at contacting me ahead of time and letting me know. Great customer service. They gave a great competitive bid and warranty! Very easy to work with and showed us the steps in their process to fix our flat roof above the doghouse room. Not only was Scott prompt and fair, he followed through with everything he said they were going to do. I am so very pleased with the work and the gentleman that worked with his team. I would recommend them to anybody that needs roofing work done. All cleaned up after the job there was not even a roofing nail left behind.
