They advertise 24/7 service but were unable to come pump our septic on a Saturday with no reason given, although we live within their service area. We were told to call back on Monday. In an emergency situation, it would be nice to be able to rely on a septic pumping service that offers after-hours availability, but clearly this company is not consistently able to provide this. Would not recommend.

Unfortunately, we've had a couple of problems arise suddenly, but Nick has always responded on first call or calls back within 15-30mins..Hard to beat this kind of service when you are in PANIC mode.
