Step 2: Prepare preliminary concept plan including budget breakdowns for separate design elements for review with client. Step 3: Finalize master plan based on refinements of preliminary plan review, clarify and refine budget breakdowns including phasing of work as necessary. Step 4: At acceptance of plan and proposal, secure all required permits as necessary and submit schedule of work.

My wife and I contacted Pete for a remodel of our backyard patio and we couldn't be happier with the result. When we purchased our home, our patio was old and dilapidated and our yard was in terrible shape and prone to constant flooding.
After meeting with a few landscape architects, most of them wanted to put in a simple design, without care to the drainage issue...most of the prices were outrageous with one even quoting us at the 6 figure range. From our very first meeting with Pete, we knew he understood what we were looking for. Pete and his crew are so detailed and creative. They were so fantastic to work with. I have put in with photos, the before and after photo. When they were done we came out , looked at each other and said "Is this really our yard". We love it ! We can't wait till we get to do

DO NOT USE!! Pete designed a patio about 12 years ago. Fast forward 12 years and I have had 7 different landscapers/brick paving companies tell me that the patio was done completely wrong and needs to be ripped out and rebuilt. He built the patio so high it was above the foundation and covering the siding. He completely failed to waterproof the part of the siding he covered up, therefore all the wood rotted and now has to be replaced. The patio is collapsing in multiple spots and the seating walls were not done correctly and collpsed since a proper foundation was not done.
