Pereira Fencing is always willing to take a little extra time to deliver great craftsmanship. It is important that the post holes be at least one third deep as the height of the fence and 8 feet apart. Sometimes a fence built on a slope or designed for high wind resistence may require deeper holes.
The concrete around every post is always crowned to prevent rot from rain and sprinkler water. Luis Pereira was wonderful to work with. He is prompt when returning phone calls and estimates and didn't pressure us when we needed to wait for response from neighbors. Most importantly, he is easy to talk with, keeps a clean work site with little distress to my garden plants.
