Skagit Roofing installed a new roof for us in June of 2021. The whole process was amazing, from the first contact, to the final inspection. Since the roof replacement we have had some wild winds, and tons of rain. Every thing is perfect. The whole experience was completed in a very professional way, and the roofers were great. They got the job done in fewer days than anticipated and are a very professional and talented crew!! We would highly recommend Skagit Roofing!

We got a new roof, repairs to aged sheathing, and added 2 solar tube skylights. Our 25 year old roof needed replacement. The bid was comparable to others, so we chose Skagit Roofing based on the knowledgeable expertise, and clear communication about services/products and, of course, reviews. The work crew was professional, on time, and worked hard. They cleared the site at the end of each day, and finished with a thorough clean-up. The site manager was available for questions, and to explain the process of the work. We are very satisfied and are recommending Skagit Roofing to our friends.

We were VERY pleased with Skagit Roofing from start to finish. They were professional in bid documentation, communication, and quality work. They cleaned up after each day. Workers were friendly and thorough. The weather wasn't real cooperative and Ty kept us consistently informed as to the crews plans each step of the way. We chose to use CertainTeed Presidential Series materials and it really upgraded the look of our house. Come see the results! It's quite impressive! Many thanks to the team! Skagit Roofing responded to my request for a proposal within hours and had the roof replaced within 2 weeks during a wet January. They provided high quality workmanship that included installation of plywood sheathing, repairing some rotting soffits and installation of new architectural shingles.

From my initial estimate request all the way through end of installation cleanup, Ty and the entire roofing team made spending money on my roof actually enjoyable.
The cost was more than fair, the warranty is solid, and the actual install was completed in only 2 1/2 days.
Ty communicated daily to keep me in the loop, the roofing team was fast, clean, and respectful. I'll be hiring them again in 30 years!

Skagit roofing was the best roofing contractor I've had. After accepting an offer on my home, the lender decided at the last minute that they wanted a new roof before closing the deal. Closing was less than two weeks away and I already had other subs coming in during the week. I spoke with Jim the owner of Skagit roofing on Wednesday and he said he would get a crew out there on the weekend.saturday morning, 3 of his employees showed up early and worked till sundown. The roof was finished, decks and yard cleaned up and I couldn't have been happier. Kudos to Jim and Skagit Roofing. Also
