I have now used them twice. One job for a non-profit of which I'm the president, involved a four acre plot with about two dozen mature trees on it. Leo and his men worked on about 15 trees from huge oaks to pines and Chinese Pistachios. They also removed a very large silver maple. Koala was very careful to shape the trees in a natural manner (which is very time consuming if done right). The workers were fast and efficient. Koala has top notch equipment that makes it easier to get to hard to reach areas. Luis the foreman was great to work with and honored every request I made and explained what

Failed to show up numerous times!!!
Leo and his guys are great and great price, however they have failed to show numerous times. I have used them numerous times because how great of work they do and over the years spent thousands with them. I would give them a 1 or 2 star if their work wasn't so great. They have set me up for a date and time at least 4 times and failed to call or text. I then had to reach out to them and reschedule which they failed to show again. I even paid a teenager to be present when they showed up to let them in the back and they failed to show again. I explained to them
