I went to American Appliance on a suggestion from a friend of mine.
I'm so glad I did.
Rock was wonderful in helping me.
Esp. because I was unsure of the measurements when I first walked in.
But, I came back the next day with the exact measurements.
So, I could buy a bigger refrigerator.
Mine was an apartment size.
Way to small for my 3 cat's.
My little dog and I.
I'm ECSTATIC over my NEW BEST friend.
He definitely has the 3 B's going on.
He's BIGGER, BETTER, and BRAND NEW.
!!!!YAY!!!!
The delivery men were AWESOME.
I was surprised that I got my refrigerator so quick.

I bought a dryer a few weeks ago and it didnt work. It shut off halfway through the load drying and broken door. They sent out a replacement dryer about an hour ago and that doesnt work either so now instead of going to the beach Im having to sit and wait for them to return and fix it. Unreal

TERRIBLE!!! I first contacted this business to come out and diagnose the issue I was having with my refrigerator. The gentleman I spoke with took all of my information and booked an appointment for the following monday. I was told that someone would call on that Monday morning to give me a two hour window for the time that they would arrive. When Monday arrived and I had not heard anything from them by 10:00am, I called to follow up. The lady that I spoke with could find no record of my call or appointment. I was told that the first available appointment was Thursday. I took the appointment, but

My husband and I bought a dishwasher from them 6 weeks ago. It is Friday 7/30/2021 today. We were told that we have a warranty and they will fix the dishwasher since it is covered under warranty. We have waited for two days at home for repair man to come. Yesterday the repair guy said he would not be able to make it and would come today in the morning. Then this morning the repair guy said he coul'nt make it in the morning and he would come in the afternoon instead. He never came. My husband called before they closed and was told the repair guy would come on Saturday. This is soo unprofessional
