Our AC as not turning on, and we had had problems with our AC since we moved into the house in 2018. We had the air handler replace once and A coil replaced twice (the second time under warranty). The air conditioner was draining my pocket. I told Mr. Voung about all the problems that we had had, and that I was certain there was a leak. He listened to me patiently and went to check the unit. When he came back he said: "Freon pressure is fine, no leak. Bad wiring." This business replaced unneeded parts and misdiagnosed my AC problems. The owner assigned an unlicensed technician to work on my AC, he burned my original part (electrical shock) and I had to pay to replace the part he burned. After they left 2 hours, AC stopped working, I called, and the owner blame it.... old AC, I said since it's old and having problems that why I needed a service. I called another technician to check out, the later technician reported that BV A/C worker replaced unneeded and wrong parts and misdiagnosed issues. I ended up paying for their mistakes. We had a 25+ year old system finally give up on us 2 weeks ago and called BV A/C & Heating to come take a look. Two technicians came out same day inspected the system and afterwards recommended to replace the system (which we already knew would be the likely answer). The owner, John, came out later on the same day to give us a quote on a new system and to inspect the duct-work which was also 25+ years old. His inspection was thorough and afterwards showed us photos he had taken of how the old duct-work had either deteriorated or been installed sub-optimally.

I am 62 years old and I have not seen a company this impressive in a long time! They respond quickly. They are very professional with "yes sir" and "no sir". They wear uniforms. I had a complete AC system installed and their price beat the competition by a wide margin. During the installation they used drop cloths on my floor and cleaned up when finished. I honestly can't think of one single thing that they could have done to impress me more! They have earned a customer for life with me! Great job John!

BV installed a mini split several months ago and did a fantastic job. They were prompt, courteous and professional. Several months later, one of the units was dripping water and BV immediately came out and remedied the issue. I would recommend their services for install and repair.

John did an amazing job on my in-laws home, I helped them get other quotes before we found this company. Johns quote was a much better price for a even stronger unit. He also provided better service up front and during the replacement they even put Coverings all over the flooring as they worked and came in out and cleaned up well after they left. They had a full crew and was able to come out quickly for the estimate, and once approved was able to do the repairs the following day.
On top of providing a better unit without the high markup they also provided a much longer warranty on their work

I recently replaced my Condenser and Coil with BV Air. First I want to say John from BV air is very courteous and hardworking. A co-worker recommended him to me so I gave him a call and he is willing to come and give me a quote on the same day even at 8:30 PM! I did not make a decision on the spot since I like to compare a few offers first, he understood it and there was no push from him to make a quick sale (some contractors can be really pushy, especially those over-priced ones). After that I called him numerous times to ask about the details of different condenser and coil models he is selling
