At HGR Construction, we feel that the Pre-Construction phase of the project is the single most critical phase of the job. During this phase, we will work to provide a detailed analysis of the project and we will establish project expectations along with our Clients. It is at the Pre-Construction phase that the construction experience that HGR will provide to you, will be established.

If you are a subcontractor beware. This company will take your bid give you a start date and then take your numbers and use them to negotiate with other subs. Completely unethical. With the amount of construction work out there today who needs slime balls like this. When I confronted them about using our number they claimed our bid was 20,000.00 higher than the low bidder. But if that was the case they would of never contacted us after we submitted our original bid two days prior to start. Total liars and slime balls. Then they had the nerve to send us another bid invite. At that point I sent them
