Greg was very nice man but not a good communicator. Didn't come out till 8:00 first night and stayed to after 10:00 to tell me he would have to return to finish the job. Took three days to try and fix my washer and I couldn't wait any longer and had to call someone else out to tell me it would be too costly to fix so had to buy new one. Would definitely not recommend.

What a great find. I had an expensive Dyson canister vac that just quit working. Other shops said it couldn't be fixed; all they wanted to do was sell us a new one. Greg was able to order a new motor and get it running. He also cleaned out all the interior components and now the suction is better than it's been since it was new. The repair did take a long time, since parts had to be ordered from China... but as I've ordered quite a bit from overseas, I was expecting this. Greg strikes me as very honest and knowledgeable. So glad I found Gem Electronics, as there seem to be so few

Greg has a good heart but has trouble with follow through. Paid him $325 to repair my TV. Repairs took about a week in my home and did not fix the problem. He failed to make the follow-up appointment. I had to move on.
