Mike has serviced my house for two years and has been very responsive and through in dealing with mice which move into the house every fall. He is pleasant to work with. I referred Mke to a friend who lived in a rented house where the owner was letting the mice go wild. Mike took care of problem.

Mike responded quickly and was so pleasant to work with. He took care of a complicated problem with bees and made every effort to fix the problem! He even changed an outdoor spotlight bulb while he was up on the roof with a bulb he had in his truck!

By sheer luck, I found this business through an online search when I desperately needed help with mice and squirrels in my house. Mike not only took care of the problem in an efficient and professional manner but also helped me with a couple of unrelated items that were of importance to me. Mice and squirrels never came back.
I was so impressed with his work that I let him treat my apartment building, almost an hour away from our area. What happened after that? One of my residents said "in 15 years, this is the first time we don't have cockroaches!"

I called Petrin's when I found a nest in my ceiling. Mike came over the next day and checked everything out for me. With the winter coming he even checked other areas of concern for any signs of pests. He was very friendly and knowledgable. He did a very thorough job and made sure I wouldn't have any intruders. Mike is my exterminator from now on! Thank you!

In the past he was great, used him recently for a Wasp/Yellow Jacket removal, they came back within weeks. When I asked him to revisit and fix what may have been missed, he wanted to double charge me, said he doesn't guarantee work he only charges $75 for. There's a lot more to the story but won't fit on this site, see basically any other review site for the full story. BEWARE!!

Mike took the time to help us figure out what that mysterious scratching in the walls was (actually a small mouse) and removed it for us without having to do any construction to the walls or floors. The process, from figuring out what it was to actually having it gone took a few days, and he was always extremely punctual, friendly, and quick to reply to calls/emails. We highly recommend him for any pest removal needs. Price was very fair, and service was exceptional. 10 out of 10.

We had a pest issue that was driving my wife and me crazy. We could not stop them and that is when we called Petrin's. Mike took the time to explain the process and educate us on his approach. The issue was bigger than we all originally realized and Mike kept following up until it was fully addressed. We can't thank him enough for the follow up and persistence. Additionally, he made several suggestions to do around the house that I will implement to reduce other potential issues from other potential pests. Mike is very personable and hard working. He is one of the few people i can completely recommend

My wife and I called Mike for a sqirrel and rodent problem. He is very knowledgeable in his craft as well as being friendly and very easy to talk to. He doesn't try to upsell you on items or contracts you don't need. As a small business owner myself it is nice to see an owner/operator in the field. Forget the big names if you're looking for an honest, straight shooting, reasonable, and friendly professional look no further than Mike for your Pest Control needs.

Best contractor I've had, yet. This guy clearly knows his business and enjoys what he does. He took the time to educate me on the carpenter ant problem I inherited when I bought my house, explained the difference on his approach versus that of the big name corporate exterminators and did everything he said he would do.
I wish all my contractors were like this. Punctual, thorough, experienced, professional and he does what he says he will do and even gives a guarantee you can believe.
