Adam was GREAT. We just moved to Deep River, CT and I was attacked by a mosquito the first day. I called Guardian and they were AWESOME. I cancelled the other company I was going to use because they did not take care of mosquito, flea and tick spraying. Adam was knowledgeable friendly and did a great job. So happy with Guardian.

We just moved to Deep River, CT from NV. I lived in Glastonbury for many years and knew that there would be mosquitos. Armed with OFF, I still got attacked our first day. I looked for a company to spray and Guardian was so helpful, so friendly and so ready to solve my issue. Adam was GREAT. I immediately contracted with them to do ALL our Pest Control. Definitely recommend them.

Gonna be honest, simply the absolute best I have ever encountered. Scott was patient and informative, thorough and knowledgeable. I peppered him with a hundred questions and he answered every single one of them. Bye buh bee's.....and no one got stung. I have an issue with bed bugs. I called on a Sunday and it's now Thursday. One of their team came on Tuesday morning who was really nice and informative. I have been waiting for their proposal to review, sign and confirm a time so I can get them in to take care of my issue.
The woman who answers their phone is not customer focused and is beyond RUDE and not helpful at all and 3 days later, I still have no proposal and no confirmed time. Now she's not answering my calls (have called once a day to politely ask when I can expect the proposal and was told she was busy and will get to

The fight the bite program really works. I'm in a very, very wooded area, and there are now almost no mosquitoes. It has changed everything. Their technician Adam is very thorough and professional and takes the time to make sure all areas are treated properly. Very satisfied.

We had a huge cicada killer wasp problem that we tried to take care of ourselves for a few years, but every year it just got worse! Guardian Pest Control came to take care of the wasps, and there was an immediate improvement. They even came out again to reapply a couple of weeks later at no additional cost. We spent more money by trying to do it ourselves not to mention the time and frustration. Professional, courteous, and thorough from getting the contract signed to scheduling to performing the job. I hired them based on the good reviews that I read which were quite accurate. Glad I found them

Very happy with this company and staff! They also were able to come the SAME DAY I discovered mouse "dirt" in my fridge. Caught so many mice the first few weeks, I wish they could have come once or twice a week to clean out the traps, I would have paid extra for more visits. Other than that, very happy with this company !

Nicholas was excellent. He inspected inside and outside of the house to find the source of the yellow jackets. We had 2 infestations of them. He explained what he was doing at all times and what products he was using. Nicholas was very nice and did a thorough job. We are glad to say that he solved the problem. Thank you!

Jeff arrived on time, as scheduled. He was very jovial and set out to asking us the pertinent questions so he could offer a proper inspection and not waste time searching around on his own. Very quickly Jeff identified a probable nest location and educated us on the different types of insecticides available for our infestation. Jeff then set to work in getting the different applications in place. During his time in our home he was very respectful of our home, space and time. Our skittish cat who normally runs and hides absolutely loved Jeff.. so he must be good, right?

Guardian pest has worked wonders for us. We have not found ANY ticks and virtually no mosquitoes all year, and our yard was infested with ticks. I want to specifically point out our technician Chet. Chet is polite and from the first time I met him and voiced my concerns he has done an amazing job. He covers everything in my yard meticulously no stone unturned. I watch him from work on my cameras sometimes and I'm impressed. I will use Guardian next year because of Chet and the fight the bite program was a success.

I have been using Guardian Pest Control for over 30 years. Most recently, they arrived at my house at 7:45 in the morning to do mosquito control. When I called the main office that day to ask them not to come that early, they were very rude. The front operation of the Deep River office does not care about their customers. It seems that the owner, Don, does not care either as he never returned my phone call. I have now discontinued using this company after over 30 years. I would not recommend using them as they do not take customer care service seriously.

Something is out of whack with the reviews on this page. My technician told me there are 7 people in this company and they service mostly the shoreline of Connecticut. Some bad reviews are from way outside of CT so they are not reviewing the Guardian company from Deep River. Anyway, I recently had our first mosquito and tick treatment. Bradley explained everything he was doing and discussed safety regarding pets and people. He also explained that the flys at the end of our driveway were gnats and a little about their life cycle. His knowledge and easy manner has given me confidence in the

These guys are great. Visited in person and they helped identify an insect. Came out for a complementary inspection and assured me that the species I was dealing with was not problematic and didn't need any significant treatment. He actually recommended specific DIY solutions, no sales pitch. Definitely earned my future business.

Just got rid of these folks. Front office is totally non-user friendly with major attitude problems. Scheduling service is quite problematic.
As for technicians, they're very polite and friendly, but oftentimes at a loss to deal with specific treatments....e.g. cluster flies, meal moths, etc., etc.
Look elsewhere.
