I am very disappointed with Elite Air Cooling. This business is highly unethical and then deceives the customer by covering up the excessive charges.
I purchased the standard service agreement with Elite. After several months the drain line again needed to be drained. Per the service agreement Elite was called to perform the necessary service. The tech wanted an additional charge stating he had to park and walk a long distance. Also living in a high rise meant he had to go up and down the elevator several times for his tools.
The Elite tech also stated I needed 4 UV air purification bulbs and
