My neighbors and I used Action Tree care to have 2 large trees removed. My neighbor signed contract in early May. Bill says couple weeks. Finally shows up July 4th weekend. Guy only comes on weekends because he has no insurance. Ripped my power line and siding off and refuses to give me his insurance information. He demands payment in full, which I refused. I'll be taking him to court for damages. Ask for proof of insurance before dealing with this guy!!

While they responded quickly, they did a poor job. Spoke with Bill about trimming, but skipped over what we had talked about and little just the minimum trimming. When i got home i noticed stains on the concrete driveway,when he called me back he said it was no big deal and i could go buy cleaner and do it myself even though he admitted his machine must have leaked. I will let everyone i know not to use his service

I intended to write this review for a while but today I finally got around to it. Nine months ago I used the service of Action Tree Care. A job in which I payed over $5800.00 to remove two trees and cap two others. My issues with them were the following:
First, was the ripping of my phone line from the pole across the street to which they never reported to me. Fortunately, I am not using a land line phone anymore.
Second, the maple tree they capped inside my fenced yard was done poorly. They did not touch a couple of the vertical rising branches that clearly should had being capped. Additionally

I usually go with Andys Tree service in NT but i was unable to get through at the time i called so i called a few other places. When we talked to this company, they told us Andy's tree service was no longer in business.( They are very much in business we found out after the fact.) They couldnt give me an idea of price and said they had a grinder today and could swing by, give us a price and maybe even do it on the spot. Super easy job- a rose of sharon stump. Charged us $150, had us make a check out to the person himself- not the company, took all of 3 minutes to grind, loaded up his machine and

Never in my life have a seen such an unprofessionaln company. I arranges for a tree to be removed from my daughters yard the service that she received was horrible. We were expecting some damage to her yard however the yard was totally destroyed to the tune of $3400. When Bill Cowell the owner was questioned about the amount of damage that was done he started screaming at my daughter at the top of his lungs to the level the neighbors called the police in fear for her safety. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Stay stay far far away from this company we had them out here years ago to take down a large elm tree in our yard while I was at work when I returned home the tree was down they cleaned up their mess and left. after that I noticed that my fence rail was damaged obviously from one of the limbs falling ,and while backing up I could see a branch literally sticking out of my neighbors garage roof I called the company and they wouldn't give me their insurance company name and they would not answer my calls after that I was stuck with fixing my neighbors garage roof myself this company and its owner
