Blake and Mitch installed a new hot water heater for us. They were friendly, professional, on time and very knowledgeable. They presented us with all our options and gave us an estimate for the job that was fair and accurate and didn't change. The work they preformed was excellent, they updated all the fittings, made sure everything worked properly, explained what they had done and left the area clean and neat. They took time to look over everything related to the job and it was truly a pleasure to have work done by such competent and nice people. Would highly recommend their work...thank you guys

Jerry was out today, cleaned and inspected our furnace. While checking the furnace he explained what he was doing and what he found. He made recommendations for the future.
He also explained the different water heaters and said ours will need to be replaced in the future.
Jerry is an asset to the company, friendly and very through.
I recommend him and the company very highly.
I will be contacting them when I need replacements of my furnace and water heater.

We had Jerry look at our older furnace and he spent time evaluating what needed to be fixed. With the age and costs we went new. The following day Adam and Tyler showed up and went to work! Best crew I ever had on a job. Clean and friendly. Not the cheapest, but would do it again for the job well done!

Had contacted two other well-known Southtowns companies to replace double sided wall heater. Both came to the location to inspect the project. The first never responded with an estimate, second was checking with his supplier (two months ago, still no response). Called Duffett, they came within a week to check it out, made an assessment of the condition of the heater, gave me an estimate on the spot after a quick phone call to the office and a week later my furnace is installed. So grateful for them actually showing up and doing the work. Thank you.
