I lost my only key at home to my 2018 Nissan Rogue. My options were to either have it towed to the dealer or have a locksmith come to me and make a replacement fob onsite. A couple of dealers I called told me my make & model year is usually problematic when trying to program a fob so they suggested I take it to the dealer to have done. I called Avi and he told me there shouldn't be a problem and he was at my house within the hour. He programmed 2 fobs & cut the door keys for me in about 45 minutes & I was good to go. If you need a key..fob..ect for your vehicle Avi is the man to see. He is equipped for any vehicle. I think most people have no clue how much work goes into duplicating fob and keys. Avi has all the needed software tool etc to get the job done. In addition to being equipped he is a gentleman and very professional. It is refreshing to find a vendor who has an exceptional level of customer service. Highly recommend this company....

The first thing you will notice about Avi is how neat and organized he is. His work truck is spotless and everything in there has its own place and is always returned to its location when he's done using it. You can tell he takes immaculate care of his equipment, and he extends the same courtesy to your equipment as well. He is extremely professional, and I can honestly say once we started working together, I never had to call him back to follow up and I never felt like he wasn't going to get back to me or that I had been forgotten.

I am in Cincy for my daughters basketball tourney and accidentally locked my keys in my car! I called the first number I found and it was literally a call center in China...no kidding. Called on a Tuesday to see if I could set up an appointment for a Thursday since he needed the vehicle to be present to program another key. He told me to call back on Thursday which I did @ 10am and left message. Called back 2 hours later and went to voicemail. I called back several time and no answer. I then had my wife call and she left a message. This is Friday and I have not heard back from him. Interesting enough is that he was going to charge me 85 to do this and my wife called the dealership and they quoted 56 and some change. Poor customer service by not allowing me to setup time when

Avi is a great guy and extremely professional. I had a very terrible experience with some other locksmith scam artist and he came out in a clearly marked van which was clean and tediously cared for. Which is something you want to see if they are showing up to you while alone. Well he partially saved the day, he cut the key and tried to program it but was unsuccessful due to Dodge and how their keys and security systems work. He couldn't program the key but even after showing up and trying different work arounds the code wouldn't take. He didn't charge me for his time and I appreciate

Avi was a great help to me earlier this week when I misplaced my car keys and was locked out. I was in a terrible mood, after working since 6am, losing my keys, getting 2 parking tickets and eventually having to pay (a fair and good) price for cutting a new key. An earlier customer kept Avi from arriving as scheduled, but he offered me a fresh date/prune when he got there so we got off on the right foot. I was impressed by the key cutting technology. I hope I never have to use a locksmith again, but if I do, I'm calling Automotive Key!

My son lost his car keys at a rest stop while on a business trip in NY. He asked me to help him find a locksmith. I heard numerous horror stories about locksmiths ripping off customers and frankly didn't trust anyone I called for quotes. I felt like I was getting a "runaround" from everyone I called.
