As every body says, he is very rude. He works from his ally. I called him in the morning he said he will come at 3 pm, then he called and said he will be late until 4 pm, here a go it is 6 pm and he says you have to bring the window here otherwise he don’t fix it and didn’t wait for what I will say hanged up on me. Very disrespectful person.

Very very rude guy!! I work in access control, once I told nick there was no answer to where he was going , he threatened to go through our gates by any means necessary. If I could give him no stars I will!! Yes he installs mirrors but is that really worth your safety? Be careful with this guy people.

Horrible, horrible customer service. This man has no manners. Today Nick came to my apartment to remove a wall of mirrors for which he gave me an estimate of $370 over the phone. He insisted he did not need a picture of the job because he's been doing this kind of work for 42 years! Well, he was very unprepared for the job (no gloves, no bucket, no dolly). He complained about how the mirrors were installed for 2 hours (as if I could change what was done 30 years ago). He was also very, very rude to his assistant. Charged me an additional $100. Definitely will no use again and DO NOT RECOMMEND.
