I just wanted to take a moment and send a huge thank you to Herb at Faulkner Nissan!! I'm big on amazing customer service and from the moment I stepped out of my vehicle Herb and team made me feel comfortable and assisted with all my questions. As a woman in a car place it's easy to feel unclear or that you're being upsold but I didn't feel that way. Herb's customer service etiquette was great and that's hard to find these days! Just purchased my daughter’s car at the dealership: what a nice and pleasant experience! Gary Bederman, who helped us with the car went above and beyond, found the deal that made us happy, waited for us to come in when the dealership was about to close, showed us all car’s features, was polite and professional. Faulkner Nissan of Jenkintown service area provided wonderful customer service when I dropped off my car for my state inspection yesterday. I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment they welcomed as if that was the time of my appointment. Due to covid restrictions I could not wait for my car they called a Lyft car service for drop off and pick up service I thought was was wonderful. The only thing I would say the service department should work on, if the customer is due to return to pick up their car I would make sure their car is parked in the front. The customer shouldn’t have to wait or

Had a great experience at the service center, took my car in for a recall repair and was notified that there were a couple other recalls that needed to be addressed, so I was called a ride home, my car was ready the next day and they sent a car to pick me up. When I got my car back it was riding excellent and I even received a oil change, great service

I purchased my car in 2018, and I can attest that I have ALWAYS been blessed with exceptional service until this very day. I'm kept up to date on progress frequently. All service reps and technicians take time to hear my concerns, regardless of how small it is or who is assigned to servicing my car...their teamwork is amazing! There has not yet been a time when I was provided a vague response, which makes me feel very comfortable with their experience. I do not take my car anywhere else for servicing.

We recently purchased a car from Faulkner Nissan in Jenkintown. Keith Wimbush was the salesman who helped complete the deal. Keith was friendly, knowledgeable and a complete professional. I had some hesitations about buying a new car but Keith was so personable and easy to deal with that he put me instantly at ease. In fact the whole crew at Faulkner Nissan made me feel like family.

Kudos to the Faulkner Nissan of Jenkintown team. Bill manager and service representative Joe were outstanding. I needed major work done and very was stressed the team stayed in communications with me and the repairs were complete in a timely fashion. Very professional outstanding customer service. People take time to complain But I take time to also give props where deserved Joe and the Nissan team all deserve nice Christmas bonuses.
