We had damages due to water leaking in our home and I had called many different companies to try and find someone who wasn't going to overcharge, will actually come out and treat you like a real person, and be EXTREMELY reliable. After calling Affordable Water Damage, LLC, Steve came out and was one of the most professional, honest, friendly, and hardworking people that we could have gotten to come out! The work was done quickly and efficiently. We couldn't have asked for better service and will be recommending to anyone that needs work done.

Steve is top notch! We had some water damage in our basement. He came right out and got things cleaned up and dried out. During the entire process he was on time, professional and did a great job repairing the carpet and baseboards. I highly recommend him.

I typically do not write reviews but I felt compelled to do so about this family-owned business. We have all been in that situation where we have had some sort of emergency in our home and then head to the computer to search for that perfect company to fix our issue.
Where do we turn, who do we believe, who is giving a fair and honest review without being emotional? There are so many sites with many mixed reviews even when 5 stars it is terrifying to trust the small jobs let alone the large ones.

Steve is the paragon of excellence with regards to customer service, problem solving, and professionalism. He is always on time, highly communicative, and has a versatile skill-set. We hired Steve after we had water damage in our basement from a broken pipe, and could not have had a more positive experience. He is extremely knowledgeable, and did an outstanding job at very reasonable prices. He is very honest, explains thoroughly what needs to be done, and did an excellent job. I hope we never have water damage again, but if we do, we will definitely hire Steve! I highly recommend him.
