I wish I could give more than 5 stars for the entire Water Damage Inc. team (John, Alex, Paul, and Kevin). In moments where you need people in a pinch, these guys were truly magnificent. From response time to communication to professionalism - these guys are the real deal. The level of care and concern is also unmatched. Explained every single one of their steps so I wasn't left in the dark about what was happening with my place (and why they were doing it). I'm incredibly happy I called them and I'm positive you will, too.

We were very happy with the work that John and team did on our house after we had a kitchen pipe leak. They came out fast, were very personable, communicated clearly about what needed to be done and how much it would cost, and worked with our insurance so we didn't have to. I hope to not need their services again :), but would absolutely hire them again if we ever have more water damage.

Alex and Kevin, with Water Damage, Inc., came to do the required cleanup of the water damage in my basement. Both of these young men were very polite, extremely professional, and great representatives for their employer, Water Damage, Inc. They started work immediately and kept at it until the work was completed. They discussed with me what they were doing and why. I'm hoping that I never have this type of issue in my basement again, but if I did, I would definitely schedule Water Damage Inc to complete the work. John Fincham was extremely helpful and worked with me every step of the way. It was a bright spot in an otherwise unfortunate situation. He took me through the process and helped with every question I had and was always available. His team was prompt, courteous, hard working and thorough with their work. These situations that require water damage repair can really throw your life a curveball so it's extremely important to hire a trustworthy and efficient company to get your house back to normal. Once again John and crew did an outstanding job for one of our clients! The insurance business is tough enough without worrying about who is taking care of our clients when they have a mishap. From time of first call to John, until equipment was set, and we were walking out of the house with a very relieved client - less than 2 HOURS!!!! Their care and concern for the client is unmatched! They made sure she was completely comfortable with everything that was happening before leaving.

Water damage is never something you're ready for, and that was definitely the case for us. We had no idea the extent of our water damage after a failed sump pump in our basement that lead to flooding. When John, Jesse and their team came out they were so thorough in their inspection and walked us through every step of the process. They definitely helped put our mind at ease that everything was going to be taken care of properly and thoroughly. They communicated clearly and honestly with us in each step of the process and truly made us feel like they were here to help us and not just another job

I cannot recommend John, Jesse, and the rest of the crew highly enough! Our washing machine flooded our upper floor and damaged the ceiling of the first floor. The team was responsive, attentive, professional, and immediately felt trustworthy, as they worked to save as much of our home as possible. They made an otherwise horrible experience really easy, quick, and painless. You'll be happy you called them. I know I am.

Naturally my flood was discovered after hours so I got online and googled...Water Damage Inc seemed like a pretty good place to start...1 call, right choice. John and his crew are excellent and won't let you down. They know exactly what they are doing and how to do it; once they start, they don't stop until the job is done; they are polite, tidy, responsive, professional and will calmly guide and support you through your meltdown. John knows how to navigate insurance and will make sure you have what you need for your claim; and then he will follow up to make sure all of your questions are answered
