I cannot being to thank Eric Poutous, Steve Foster, and their incredible team at Professional Restoration enough for the professional job they did under very stressful conditions. Half of my home was devastated by water damage. The team, along with an amazing support crew took great care in handing all details from mold remediation to reconstruction. I had some water damaged and my insurance company gave me a couple of restoration company's they work with. I contacted professional restoration and setup an appointment. Bill Ellis came over and spent a great deal of time assessing the damage and answering all of my questions. I found out during our conversation that he was leaving on vacation in two days so I told him he could do the report on the repairs when he got back but he emailed the report to me later in the afternoon the next day. The mitigation crew showed up promptly and did an exceptional job of taking out the water damage and putting up an enclosure. After the roof was repaired (by Modern Roofing who did a great job) the restoration/repair team got to work and the crew of three supervised by Matt did an excellent job and instead of 5 days finished in 3 days with as little inconvenience to us as possible. If you can find a different restoration company please do. 1st the company quit work on my home because the insurance company took forever to pay them. Which meant, they started work at my home and then left. They do not care about their customers.

Professional Restoration did an incredible job on remodeling our house after it flooded. We were very impressed with the quality of work and attention to detail on every aspect of the project. They completely updated our bathroom, did brand new hardwood floors, and re-finished the entire basement. Steve and his crew were extremely communicative and helpful throughout - making it such a positive experience overall. I had such a wonderful experience with Professional Restoration. We were trying to sell our home and had them come out to install a vapor barrier, as well as give us their opinion about weather mold remediation was necessary. They ended up saving us a TON of money and did an absolutely fabulous job installing the vapor barrier! They came to our house quickly, got the job done in a day and were extremely polite. We had a house fire. The mitigation crew that came in initially were wonderful. We also contracted with Pro-Restoration to handle the re-construction of our home. There were many problems with crews showing up, being unprepared, and stealing tools and a ladder from us. The supervisor was very nice, but the reno took 17 weeks. We did get a ladder to replace the one that was stolen.

I can't say enough good things about Wade and Dave (I think that's his name). They came by to look at my damp basement and to give me an estimate on what it would take to fix the issue. Instead, they told me that it wasn't necessary to hire a professional to fix it, and that I could save serious money if I just did it myself or hired a painter to seal my basement. When a company is honest and gives you this kind of advice, you know they have serious integrity. While I won't be using Professional Restoration to fix the issue, I know that if I ever have problems in the future

These guys! Seriously, your search stops here! Had a pipe explode causing waterfalls of horror pour out of the basement ceiling causing water to flow throughout the ceiling, through the walls and into our sunken hearts. Its a scary thing watching water flood your new house especially as a first time home owner!

I had Professional Restoration clean out my crawlspace and waterproof it. Randy came by to give a quote that was well below my previous estimate. He was extremely honest about his company not being the cheapest, but not the most expensive. I figure you get what you pay for, so I gave the green light to get things done.
The workers arrived exactly on time (which to me is huge, because time is money). They did the entire crawlspace in a couple hours. And believe me, it was not pretty! lol I thought about cleaning it up on my own to save some cash, but it was disgusting in there...so they were awesome

After a toilet overflowed for a weekend while we were away, we had to re-do our downstairs floors.
I will give Pro Restoration props for being quick to come out.
However, now that our floors are "done" there are quite a few things that really bother me.
1) There are at least 6 locations on the new flooring where it does not appear that the woods slats were correctly locked together. There are wide gaps between some of the slats.
2) They destroyed our baseboards.
3) When they came to "repair" and "re-install" the baseboards, they painted them the wrong color
I will give Pro Restoration props for being quick to come out.
