After the trauma of learning of a huge water leak running the entire contents of our basement, it was a huge relief to connect with the folks, Toby, Greg and especially Steve, at Disaster Cleanup. Chris came over quickly, even though it was late at night when we had sewer water flooding our basement. The cleanup was quick and everything was explained to me. Chris was certain to leave his card and other relevant paperwork so that I could get in touch anytime. He also made himself available to meet with my insurance agent to describe the damage and what was done to mitigate it. Hopefully, we will never need their help again, but if anything should occur, I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.
