Tried to call this company for service at 8:30PM on a Friday. They stated that their company name “just means we answer phones all hours” but that they only provide service Monday to Friday during regular business hours. Seems like sort of a tricky advertising strategy and we thought others should be aware (particularly women) before you are spoken to condescendingly by this business owner.

We had a great experience with After Hours - they came out quickly and tried everything they could think of to get our 30+ year old A/C working before deciding it needed to be replaced. Other companies were much quicker to tell us it needed replacing. They are friendly people & very affordable compared to the rest of the market.

We recently had an air conditioning issue in which I called a local vendor who said they fixed it however it failed to work and I was advised from a neighbor to call after hours heating and cooling, she said they were the kind of folks that treat you how they would be treated and she is absolutely right!!!! They made time for me today after calling this morning!! Wonderful! They immediately isolated the issue and fixed me up today!! They were amazing!!! He showed me everything that needed repair and was so honest and truly treated me like he most likely would want to be treated! We are so grateful
