Wallace Termite and Construction Inc. has been serving Contra Costa County and neighboring communities since 1990. Our family owned and operated company is located in Antioch and is a member of the Pest Control Operators of California. The owner David Wallace has held his Pest Control Operators license since 1985, and has over 35 years of experience.
Our company provides our clients with easy to read structural pest control reports with quick turnaround times for all your real estate transactions. We are now including pictures of our findings in our reports. We also include a bid for any repairs that are needed. We also do structural pest control reports for general maintenance of your home.
In order to help us give you the best evaluation of your home, here are a few things you can do prior to your termite inspection. Unlock all exterior gates and interior doors to all rooms/structures that are to be inspected. If your home is built on a raised foundation, the inspector will need to go underneath the house.

I was in the process of buying a house and part of this process involved a form that no one else seemed to be using. I was scheduled to close on 5/28/2021. Every other inspection agency did not have availability until after mid June. Wallace Termite called me back and said we can be there first thing tomorrow at 9:30.

Pest work at my house was scheduled to start at end of December. They pushed off the work for 2 weeks, and then again indefinitely saying “they would call me to reschedule”. They offered no explanation as to why. After not hearing from them until February I called and they said they were a month out.
